The Silence Of The Lamb star ended the relationship with Cydney in May, apparently after a series of rows. Just days later, however, Jodie, 45, was pictured out with another woman, Cindy Mort, who she is said to be living with in one of her LA homes.
Now Jodie is facing a bitter legal battle with Cydney - with whom she raised her son Kit, six, Charlie, 10 - over the division of the money she earned during their relationship, which is estimated at $100 million.
