Springing into action, she rushed to her lawyers in a bid to gag ex John Mayer, 30, who’s been saying he dumped her.
Then she lined up meeting with Hollywood high-rollers in a bid to land the edgier parts she wants. “It’s all about her career now” a friend says. She was later snapped looking hotter than ever on the set of TV comedy 30 Rock last Monday, where she’d been filming a guest spot playing a stalker.
