She is an Oscar winner and has tried her hand at singing, but now Gwyneth Paltrow has a new gig - as a workout instructor! The 35 year old mom of two has been wowing fans with the finely chiseled physique that she’s acquired courtesy of celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson.
Proud of her new shape, Gwyn has decided to make the most out of it by making a lucrative workout video. She wants to show everybody how she got her amazing body back. “Her idea is to show step by step what she has done on an everyday basis to stay in shape” says an insider “There won’t be much fancy equipment either, because her workout is mostly yoga, some Pilate’s, and flexibility and resistance training”

Kate Hudson shocked party goers last week with what witnesses called “rude behavior”. The actress showed up at the Gramercy Park Hotel for the Bravo premiere party for The Rachel Zoe Project, and was in “an absolutely foul mood”, according to one spy.
Heading up to the glamorous event, she became incensed when there were too many people around her. “In the elevator she was saying “it’s too much!” while waving her arms around”
The actress then shunned the press line, claiming “I don’t do that.” before going into a corner and asking for a bodyguard. She was only perked up when Kevin Connolly came over and flirted with her.

David and Victoria Beckham have really “gone LA”, says a source. In addition to calling upon a feg shui expert to vet their Berverly Hills mansion, Victoria was spotted at the Bodhi Tree Bookstroe in West Hollywood last week picking up a stack of self help guides.
She bought The Power Of Intention by Wayne Dyer, The Prophet by Kahil Gibran and Practial Intuition by Laura Day, along with guides by Oprah- approved guru Eckhart Tolle. “She was slow in coming around” Says a source. “But Victoria is a New Age convert. She and David keep talking about energy and spiritual awareness.

With Jen nursing a broken heart after her spilt from singer John Mayer last month, Brad offered her a sympathetic ear when they met up at the Toronto International Film Festival, where they were promoting movies.
The 39 year old actress has been puting on a brave face since her recent break up, but was said to be in good sprits as she confided in Brad, 44, over drinks at the hotels bar. They arrived at the hotel separtly, an hour apart, but a source reveals “Jen feels she can trust Brad”

Just eight months after the birth of their daughter, Harlow, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are said to be at breaking point after a string of rows. Nicole, 26, is apparently furious about Joel’s new friendship with Mary-Kate Olsen - and has even told him to stay away from the actress.
A source close to the couple has said “Joel has been seen out with Mary-Kate a few times, and it is causing problems in his and Nicole’s household”. The insider also said that Joel’s parting while on tour is another bone of contention between him and Nicole. “She looks so sad lately; her face tells you she is not happy and that things have to change or this relationship will destruct”

Vicroria Beckham ditched her famous bob hairdo for a darling new crop in a bid to be accepted as a high end designer. Posh, who unveiled her new cut at the Marc Jacobs show at this year’s New York Fashion Week - where she shared the front row with pal J.Lo - visited celebrity stylist Garren and asked for a dramatic new look that would separate her from everyone else in the fashion world.
The singer, told Garren she wanted to be taken seriously in fashion circles and needed a fresh hairstyle to match her image. Garren says “She wanted something contemporary to separate herself from everybody else and told me,’I've done it all - I’ve worn it long, I’ve worn it in a bob, i want to try something different.”

Britney Spears made a dazzling comback at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards - a year after her much talked about disastrous performance at the same event. She didn’t sing at the ceremony but Brit, 26, won three awards for her song Piece Of Me. In her thank you speech she gushed “Wow! Thank you. I was not expecting this”
The singer, who looked fab in a clinging Atelier Versace dress, is now expecting to release another single in November, followed by a new album in December.
Speaking of her new material, Britney said “It’s my best work ever. It’s more urban and the producers are just amazing.”
